Shipping Charges within the Contiguous United States

Moving and Storage (pallet orders)
Free Shipping on Orders: $500.00 or more.
Special Delivery Services: Call for details.

Retail Products (ground delivery)
Free Shipping on Orders: $250.00 or more.
Orders less than the minimum for free shipping will be charged standard shipping and handling charges.

Drop Ship Products
Actual shipping charges will be added to invoice.

Backorders are subject to cancellation when older than 30 days or less than $25.00

Damages and Shortages
To receive, replace, or credit, the customer must make note of the damage or shortage on the delivery receipt for LTL deliveries.
Call our customer service department to report the damages/shortages immediately upon receipt. Take photos of damages for claim purposes.
If the above procedure is not followed, Buyer retains responsibility.

Occasionally LTL drivers will not be able to wait for the person receiving the order to inspect it. If this happens, the person receiving the order should note the delivery document “STC” (Subject to Count).
This will let the carrier know the physical count did not occur at delivery. This does not guarantee the carrier will honor a claim if merchandise is missing or damaged, but it will alert them that the count never happened at the time of delivery.
To ensure proper credit for missing items or damages, inspections of the shipment and notations on delivery receipt must be written on the delivery document.
The shipment must be reported to us, if shorted or damaged, within 24 hours so we can file a claim, if this procedure is not followed, we cannot file a claim for loss and credits cannot be processed.

Return Policy
Call your customer service representative for a return authorization (RA) within 30 days of delivery.
A copy of the RA must accompany each shipping box being returned.
Product must be in original packaging and in resellable condition (no price stickers, marks or writing on the original packaging).
Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days after RA issued.
Returns that are received without authorization are subject to a $15.00 handling fee.
Credit will be issued after receipt of goods at our warehouse.
Product ordered in error is subject to 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.
